Book Now, Pay Later

• Reservation: You can reserve your spot on any of our tours without immediate payment. This policy is designed to give you flexibility and peace of mind when planning your adventures.
• Payment Due: Payment for your tour is due on the day of the tour itself. We accept this payment directly to the tour guide before the start of your tour.
• Payment Methods: To accommodate all our guests, we accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and selected digital payment platforms. Please check with our customer service team for the latest accepted payment methods.

Pricing and Taxes

• Transparent Pricing: All tour prices are clearly stated during the booking process. Prices include any applicable taxes and fees, so there are no surprises on the day of your tour.
• Receipts: Upon payment, you will receive a receipt for your transaction. Please keep this receipt for your records.

Security and Privacy

• Secure Transactions: We take the security of your financial information seriously. All electronic payments are processed through secure, encrypted channels to protect your information.
• Privacy: Your payment information is confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except as required to process the transaction.

Changes and Cancellations

• Booking Changes: If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us at least 1 day before your scheduled tour to avoid any cancellation fees.
• Cancellation Policy: As outlined in our Refund and Return Policy, cancellations made at least 1 day before the scheduled tour are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are not eligible for refunds.
