Refund and Return Policy

Welcome to Dune Buggy Dubai ORG! We’re thrilled to have you embark on an unforgettable adventure with us. To ensure your experience is seamless and enjoyable, we’ve established the following Refund and Return Policy. Please take a moment to review our policy to understand how we handle bookings, cancellations, refunds, and payments.

Booking and Payments

  • Book Now, Pay Later: Most of our tours operate on a “Book Now, Pay Later” basis. This means you can secure your spot on an adventure without immediate payment. Payment is required to be made directly to the tour guide on the day of your tour.
  • Confirmation: Upon booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email detailing your tour, date, time, and other essential information. Please review this information carefully to ensure all details are correct.

Cancellation Policy

  • 1-Day Advance Cancellation: If you need to cancel your booking, we kindly request that you do so at least 1 day before your scheduled tour. This allows us to manage our scheduling and offer the spot to other adventurers.
  • Last-Minute Cancellations: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour time.

Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are only eligible for bookings cancelled at least 1 day prior to the scheduled tour date.
  • Processing Refunds: Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
  • Non-Refundable Circumstances: Please note that no refunds will be provided for no-shows or for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour time.
  • Weather or Unforeseen Event Cancellations: In the rare event that we must cancel a tour due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
